I’m a big believer in sharing multiple techniques and teachings. There’s no ONE path home. My toolbox contains an eclectic mix of practices I picked up on my journey including breathwork, meditation, visualisation, yoga nidra, NSDR, MBCT, Yin, flow, ashtanga, kundalini yoga and more.
